  • All creative work remains the property of Zolviq Studio until full payment is made.
  • Once payment is complete, rights are transferred as agreed in the project contract.

  • Projects not yet started: eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees.
  • Projects in progress: partial refund based on completed work.
  • Completed projects: no refund unless Zolviq Studio breaches the contract.
